The Oregon Association of REATLORS® today announced its Board of Directors “overwhelmingly approved” a $75 mandatory special assessment that will be levied against its members annually over the next three years. The funds taken from its members is hoped to amend the state constitution and permanently prohibit the imposition of a real estate transfer tax in Oregon.
