Oregon Association of REALTORS® to Levy $75 Member Assessment



The Oregon Association of REATLORS® today announced its Board of Directors “overwhelmingly approved” a $75 mandatory special assessment that will be levied against its members annually over the next three years. The funds taken from its members is hoped to amend the state constitution and permanently prohibit the imposition of a real estate transfer tax in Oregon.

Jeff Sorg is a co-founder of OnlineEd®, a Web-based vocational school founded in 1997 where he also serves as Corporate Secretary, Chief Operating Officer, and School Director. Sorg holds vocational instructor licenses in Oregon, Washington, California, and Nevada and has authored numerous pre-licensing and continuing education courses.
