YNUR

What is YNUR in a real estate listing description? Is it a cool new acronym that everyone’s talking about? Well… sort of, depending on what “cool” means to you. YNUR is an RMLS field designation indicating that a condominium-related feature or policy can be answered with Yes, No, Unknown, or See Remarks. Rather than describing the feature itself, YNUR identifies the type of response that may appear in the listing. It is commonly used for condominium information such as rent caps, pet policies, smoking policies, move-in or move-out fees, and one-time capital improvement contributions.

When a real estate listing includes a field such as “Condominium Rent Cap YNUR,” the value tells buyers whether the condominium association has a rental cap (Yes or No), whether the listing broker does not know (Unknown), or whether additional details are provided elsewhere in the listing (See Remarks). Buyers should review the condominium documents and any listing remarks to fully understand the applicable policies or restrictions.
